You can make an enquiry at our on-line Enquiry Desk where you are free to ask for information or advise us of a problem you are having. You can also make a complaint using our online Complaint Form, our Complaints Handling Procedure is available below to download. Govanhill Housing Association tenants and owners who receive Factoring Services from us can also Report a Repair on-line and can make payments to us using our link to AllPay.



A number of useful documents are also available for you to download throughout the website and we hope you will find everything you need. Our website has a 'feedback' facility where you can let us know what you think of the website.



Office Closure:

We currently have a vacancy for a Clerk of Works. The closing date for applications is Tuesday 13th September at 4.00pm.

We also have vacancies for a Gardening & Environmental Trainer (Fixed Term to 31st March 2017) and a Woodland Maintenance Assistant (26 week contract).  The closing date for applications for both of these positions is Tuesday 20th September at 4.00pm.

The Scottish Housing Regulator has recently published its second report about landlords reported Scottish Social Housing Charter performance for 2014/15. Govanhill Service Hub is a partnership of several organisations, including Govanhill Housing Association, which was set up to provide a local response to anti-social behaviour, cleansing and refuse, infestations and pest control, community safety and crime, dog fouling, fire safety and some housing issues - Download our information leaflet below.
