Govanhill Community Development Trust is a subsidiary company of Govanhill Housing Association.

The Trust Board currently has nine members, five of whom are members of the Association's Management Committee. The Board oversees all of the varied activities of the Govanhill Community Development Trust including:

• Management of commercial workspaces
• Delivery of the Factoring Service to owner occupiers
• Community development activities
