GREAT Gardens is a subsidiary of Govanhill Housing Association, formed in 2008 to provide training and employment opportunities to local people who are interested in gardening as a possible future career.

The GREAT Gardens Board has five members, two of whom are members of Govanhill Housing Association's Management Committee. The Board oversees the work GREAT Gardens providing direction on the future of the company.
