Our Strategy

Our Strategy over the plan period is to consolidate and improve our core business with growth only through the completion of the pipeline development programme and Second Stage Transfer.

To campaign for the eradication of slum housing in Govanhill
To deliver a significant annual programme of Major Repairs and Planned Maintenance to ensure the integrity and demand for our housing stock
To meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard by 2015
To complete the current pipeline Development Programme
To achieve an acceptable transfer of Glasgow Housing Association houses in Govanhill and Merrylee
