Strategy

The Association shall undertake Development projects to achieve physical, social and economic regeneration objectives in accordance with its Corporate Strategy and operational objectives. By acting as a Developer within our geographical area of operation we intend to meet these challenges.

Objectives

The eradication of Below Tolerable Standard housing in Govanhill

The development of vacant land and derelict sites to meet housing need and complement the existing townscape.

The conversion of vacant buildings to meet identified needs in the community and retain the architectural heritage of the area.

The improvement of the general environment by means of landscaping, streetscaping and public space provision.

The provision of a Development service which is responsive to the needs of private owners and tenants.

The establishment of quality standards in design and specification to provide homes which are safe, adaptable, sustainable and durable for further generations.
