This is a very exciting time for Merrylee and Govanhill LHOs.  Glasgow Housing Association's Board have approved our proposals which could see the tenanted houses in Govanhill and Merrylee LHOs transfer to Govanhill Housing Association.  The stock transfer would happen if the majority of tenants who vote in a ballot are in favour of the transfer.  The ballot of tenants is expected to take place later this year.

The tenants affected have now received a formal consultation document from Glasgow Housing Association.  This document outlines our proposal and compares the service we are offering with Glasgow Housing Association's service.

Tenants will also receive our newsletter by mid August 2010.

Our campaign is underway and we are looking forward to visiting tenants in Merrylee and Govanhill LHOs over the next few weeks.
