Factoring Services

The Association acts as a property manager (factor) to the majority of the closes in which it owns properties.

As factor we arrange for the upkeep of common elements of the building fabric and backcourt of the close concerned on behalf of both our tenants and the owners living within it.

We carry out regular inspections of the properties concerned and instruct contractors to carry out required repairs and service contracts to keep the property in good condition.

Day to day management and repair of the common elements of the property and backcourt
Management of owner-occupier accounts and floats
Provision of buildings insurance (not contents)
Regular inspection of building fabric by our Maintenance Inspector
Cyclical Maintenance of common building elements
Provision of additional services such as stair cleaning and grounds maintenance
