New System for Repairs Feedback


We are introducing a new system for getting feedback on our repairs service.

After reporting a repair, you will be contacted by text or email – it will state GovanhillHA or Govanhill Housing Association– and will then proceed to ask a short series of questions.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete these questions. It should take no longer than 5 minutes and helps us to improve our repairs service.
