• Adverse Weather - This PDF leaflet outlines some basic steps to follow that will help avoid burst pipes etc., as well as some useful numbers, should you require help. During this time, the Association shall prioritise work relating to heating, burst & frozen pipes, etc. ensuring that our properties are warm and habitable. All other will be undertaken based upon it's relevant priority, as we strive to maintain our high levels of service to our tenants and other customers.
