Our Factoring Service

We aim to provide a quality Factoring Service which offers value for money, meets legal requirements and good practice standards.

Our annual Factoring Fee covers the following services:

• Account Management - invoicing and administering day to day accounts.
• Allpay facility - we issue owners with an Allpay card to make payments at any Post Office or shop displaying the Allpay, Paypoint or Payzone signs. Owners can also use their Allpay card to register online at www.allpay.net to make credit or debit card payments and can make telephone payments by contacting Allpay on 0845 557 8321.
• Direct Debit - we offer owners the opportunity to set up a Direct Debit Payment Plan which allows the cost of our service over 12 months.
• Reactive common repairs service - responding to repairs reported by owners or our in-house Maintenance Team.
