New kitchens, bathrooms, window renewals and central heating replacements remain the Association's top priorities for our annual Planned Maintenance budget which has been increased in 2010/11 by £1 million to £2.3 million.

The Association completed a further phase of kitchen and bathroom replacements in March 2010 and is about to commence a 17 close window replacement contract. In the summer of 2010, our programme of central heating replacements will begin along with more new kitchens and bathrooms for our tenants.
