The Association have launched a consultation on our proposed rent increase from April 2018. Tenants of The Association are invited to give their views on the proposed changes by completing an online questionnaire which can be found at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SWHMZ6S
The Association intends to continue to keep rents as affordable as we can whilst providing necessary services and improving tenants’ homes.
A paper survey has also been sent to all tenants, which includes detailed information about the proposal.
All responses must be received by the 9th of February, these responses will then be considered by the Management Committee. The Management Committee’s decision on the final increase to be applied is expected in the first week of March, with tenants being notified of their new rent charges by letter no later than 28th March 2018.
