  • At an outlet displaying the PayPoint logo
  • By phoning Allpay on 0844 557 8321

  • Complete the registration process – you will need the 19-digit number on your Govanhill Allpay payment card
PayPoint

Rent payments can be made in the Post Office or any shop displaying a Paypoint sign. Simply present your payment card with the money you wish to pay. Please keep your receipt as proof of payment and your payment will be notified to the Association the following working day.

Debit card

You can also make a payment to your rent with your debit card via Callpay by phoning a member of staff in the Rent Advice Team.

Bank

If you wish to pay by direct debit, telephone banking, internet banking or standing order, please contact the Association’s Rent Advice Team. Tenants with existing direct debit agreements will be notified in advance of an increase in payment.

Housing benefit and Universal Credit

If your rent is paid in full or part by housing benefit, the Association will notify Glasgow City Council of rent increases. If you are in receipt of Universal Credit, it is your responsibility to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of increases on 0345 600 0723.

If you are not currently receiving any help with your housing costs or wish to obtain further information, please contact our Rent Advice Team or our Welfare Rights Team through our reception on 0141 636 3636.
