Since its foundation in 1974 Govanhill Housing Association has worked hard within the local community to improve living conditions.

The Association is managed by our Management Committee who are elected at our Annual General Meeting.   We have the following  sub committees:

• Development
• Finance & General Purposes
• Audit
• Govanhill Local Housing Organisation
• Merrylee Local Housing Organisation

The Association has grown over the years and now has two subsidiary companies:

• Govanhill Community Development Trust - our non-charitable subsidiary which owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties
• GREAT Gardens - our charitable subsidiary which provides gardening services and employment and training opportunities
