Scottish Housing Regulator Launches New Factsheet for Tenants The Scottish Housing Regulator has published an updated factsheet for tenants about raising a Serious Concern about a landlord. Association Office Closures in December The Association will be closed all day on Friday the 5th of December and in the afternoon of the 17th of December. Association Consults on Annual Rent Increase The Association is consulting tenants on a rent increase of 4.8% Association Publishes Annual Performance Data The Association has published it's Annual Performance Report, both online and in its Autumn Newsletter which has been posted to all tenants and factored owners. Association to Hold Halloween Event for Families On the 30th of October from 4pm the Association will hold a Halloween event for children and families.
