The Scottish Government’s Common Repair, Common Sense guide provides more information about the rights and responsibilities of owners. Details about the law relating to the management of tenement properties are contained in the Management and Maintenance of Common Property guidance document. Unresolved Factoring Complaints

The functions of the Homeowners Housing Panel, which was set up to deal with complaints and disputes between homeowners and property factors, have been replaced. If you have a complaint which you have not been able to resolve through our complaints process, you should contact the :
