Association Launches Customer Care Charter The Association has launched a Customer Care Charter which outlines what customers can expect from us in respect of our service delivery and communication. Association Closures for the September Weekend The Association offices will be closed on Friday the 25th of September and Monday the 28th of September for the bank holiday weekend.
