Housing Assistant
We are looking for an additional engaging, innovative and hard-working Housing Assistant to join our Tenancy Services Team and help us deliver an excellent service to our tenants and other customers. The duties of this post are many and varied but will involve working closely with a Housing Officer to ensure the smooth running of a patch.
Housing Officer
We are seeking to recruit an additional experienced Housing Officer to join our well established Tenancy Services team which covers all areas of housing management. The successful candidate will deliver a wide range of those tenancy services. The post will particularly cover a variety of tenancy services duties including tenancy allocations and effective void management, dealing with anti-social behaviour and tenancy and estate management.
